About the Team

Reporting to the assistant laboratory manager. You will be leading a small team consisting of technical laboratory assistants. You will also take the lead of organizing the testing process of food and beverage samples.

About the job

As a Laboratory Supervisor, you will

  • ensure the laboratory operation can run smoothly
  • perform SOP validation and make sure analytical instruments are accurate
  • collaborate closely with commercial lab
  • ensure testing results are valid and able to meet technical specifications
  • create analytical report daily and monthly

Skills & Experience required

  • bachelor degree of science, testing science, food science or food technology
  • three to six years of experience in food laboratory
  • ISO 22000, BRC, HACCP experiences are required
  • good command in oral and written English and Cantonese
  • self-motivated and detail-minded
