    About the company
    Our client is a top tier Supply Chain and Logistics MNC with a sizable team in Hong Kong. They are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join the team to grow further with the company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to the sales strategy and to achieve the assigned Corporate Accounts portfolio growth objectives;
    • Ensure the development and maintenance of customer relationships and enhance overall client portfolio, safeguard sales revenue and ensure customer satisfaction;
    • Ensure the identification and targeting of opportunities with customized propositions;
    • Gather, consolidate, analyze and report management information;
    • Drive behavior towards strategic engagement and value creation for assigned portfolio of accounts and strategic targets; and
    • Manage pipeline size and quality

    Requirements:

    • Degree holder in related disciplines;
    • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in sales field;
    • In-depth knowledge and experience with Freight Forwarding and Supply Chain Management;
    • Excellent command of spoken and written English;
    • Good negotiation & presentation techniques; and
    • Well-versed sales techniques, consultative selling, customer psychology and purchasing patterns
