Assist Head of Key Account in achieving key business objectives for responsible key account channels;
Formulate and execute strategic account planning key accounts to drive sales and profitable growth;
Develop and maintain good relationship with key accounts;
Maximize instore brand visibility, distribution, merchandising and planogram enhancement;
Responsible for assigned channel P&L, manage trade spend, evaluate promotion performance and effectiveness, ROI analysis;
Work closely with Trade Marketing and Brand Team on executing brand position and brand activations;
Work closely with different internal stakeholders to manage Key Account inventory; and
Obtain market information of competitors and latest trends
Requirements
Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines;
At least 5 years’ experience in FMCG in modern trade in a sizeable company;
Experience in Supermarket, CVS, or beverage category is preferred;
Organized, advance planning and open-minded to changes;
Strong negotiation and communication skills with positive mindset; and
Able to work under pressure, and handle complicated issues with flexibility
