About the company

Our client is a global leading MNC specializing in the product, distribution and provision of household, health care and personal care products. In order to cope with rapid market changes, they are currently looking for a Key Account Manager to join their local team in Hong Kong.


  • Responsible for achieving strategic objectives per customer – i.e. Net Revenue, Gross Margin, Trade Spend;
  • Building long term partnership with key accounts and ensuring sales promotional guidelines are planned and executed;
  • Leading or guide Key Account Executives by monitoring and providing analysis, managing negotiations and implementing strategies to drive sales and profit growth;
  • Brand building and management for the company;
  • Developing new product launch plans and ensuring successful implementation;
  • Continuous improvement in the management of the account by identifying opportunities for efficiency and; profitability and overall improvement in the management of customer

skills & experiences required.

  • Preferably with a Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related subject;
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven track record /Sales Experience with FMCG key accounts;
  • Fast-paced, ambitious with strong negotiation & communications skills;
  • Strong Analytical and numerical skills;
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English; and
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
