about the job.
- Identify, evaluate and design solutions for customer-related systems (CRM)
- Coordinate with users for business requirements gathering and planning resources for cost and timeline
- Design business process flows in accordance with user requirements
- Coordinate UAT testings and trainings for business users
- Collaborate with IT team for project deployment, evaluate post-implementation results for necessary system fine-tunings
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor degree in Management of Information System, IT or related field
- Minimum of 2 year's experience in business or system analysis
- Solid experience in system implementation on CRM-related systems
- hands-on experience in collecting user requirements, preparing test plan, performing UAT, conducting training, and providing support to end-users
- strong analytical, logical and problem-solving skills with business acumen
- proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio) will be a plus
- Strong ability to be a mature, independent and strong team player
