    Responsibilities:

    • Group level role leading a team of business analysts
    • Act as Workday subject matter expert (SME)
    • Drive new system implementation and enhancement to global group
    • Monitor and conduct review on BAU systems
    • Work with regional and global stakeholders in driving innovations


    Experience:

    • Degree holder in a relevant area
    • 10 years experience in PM/ BA/ HRIS/
    • Experience in team management
    • Workday experience is a must
    • HRIS experience would be an advantage
    • Experience of working in a MNC company with different business units
    • Strong communication and language skills
