- Providing VIP end-user desk side and remote technical support
- Daily support operations such as health checks, production incident investigations, business service request and root cause analysis
- Troubleshooting and office networking maintenance of network issues
- Applications, software and hardware support within the corporate platforms and environments
- Local vendor relationship management
skills & experiences required.
- Experience and/or knowledgeable on providing IT support and/or VIP support
- Knowledgeable of networking principles and operating systems
- Knowledgeable but not limited to Windows 10, MS365, Intune,iOS and etc.
- Strong hands-on problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Looking for a team player who can collaborate and be independent at the same time
- Good communication in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
