about the job.
- Manage a team to provide first-line user support for Hong Kong and APAC offices
- Dispatch user calls to appropriate technicians for timely resolution
- Assist AV/VC meeting setup
- Maintain the stability of system and Server
- Provide user training on applications and systems
skills & experiences required.
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or relevant disciplines
- 3 - 5 years experience in providing technical support in multinational environments
- Hands-on experience in desktop/server hardware, network administration, O365, Active Directory, video conferencing tools
- Good Command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Experience in leading a service desk team is desirable
