    Our client is a prestigious UK Law Firm who is well-known for their work over the years. They are currently expanding their IT team to cope with ongoing business expansion here in the APAC region.

    about the team.
    The role would be part of their regional headquarter support team, providing T1 & T2 support to users in the region. The role would be mentor to a junior team member, ideal for candidates who are looking to enrich their career development in the Law Firm field.

    about the job.

    • Provide T1 & T2 helpdesk and IT Support for users
    • Engage in ongoing system upgrade and enhancement
    • Support users for applications, MDM & remote working
    • Application support for DMS, Billing systems etc
    • Take part in APAC projects for new technology adoption
    skills & experiences required.
    • Degree holder in IT, Computer system or relevant
    • 3 years of experience in IT Support
    • Law Firm experience would be a plus
    • ITIL exposure would be an added advantage
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good command of English (Mandarin would be a plus)
