Based in London, our client is a professional service provider with businesses in more than 30 countries. To cope with daily IT operations , they are now looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their growing IT Team to provide regional user support and be involved in global IT project implementation.

Provide level 1 & 2 technical support
Identify and resolve computer, system, and network issues
Assist with system and network administration tasks
Liaise with external vendors to ensure service quality
Support global IT project implementation

skills & experiences required.

Higher diploma holder or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
At least 2 years of working experience in user and desktop support
Experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, VMWare & O365 is preferred
Holder of CCNA/MCSE/MCSA is preferred
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Knowledge of the ITIL would be a great advantage
