Randstad is currently working with a well-established MNC who are currently looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their business.

- Serve as one of the first points of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance around software and hardware etc.
- Work closely with other IT Teams and responsible for the IT operations and support of projects such as handling incidents or service requests and ensuring SLA is being adhered
- Participate in system maintenance and monitoring of server performance
- Involve in IT procurement, governance & compliance, and 3rd party vendor management
skills & experiences required.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in similar functions/roles such as technical support/service desk etc.
- Solid experience in supporting Microsoft O365, Active Directory, Windows OS, Windows Server, etc.
- Sound knowledge of networks, switches, routers, firewalls, etc.
- Good communication skills and manner
- Proficient in spoken and written both English is a must; existing HK Work Visa holders will also be considered
