Randstad is currently working with a well-established professional firm who are currently looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their business.
about the job.
- Act as one of the initial points of contact for internal end-users seeking technical assistance with software and hardware at the Hong Kong office
- Respond to IT support ticketing system or hotline, ensuring timely assignment and resolution of tickets/service requests
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Perform software updates and patches to maintain system security
- Participate in application/system maintenance and monitor server performance
skills & experiences required.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in similar roles, including L1 & L2 support, with at least 2 years working for professional firms such as financial services firms, law firms, or consulting firms is preferable
- Strong experience in supporting Microsoft O365, Active Directory, Citrix, Windows OS, Windows Server, etc.
- Proficient in IT asset management, firewalls, networks, etc.
- Excellent communication and prpoblem solving skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English; fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is advantageous
- Currently based in Hong Kong with a valid work permit
