To cope with their business needs, they are now looking for an IT Support Analyst to provide user support to internal users and take part in regional IT enhancement projects.

Provide tier 1 & 2 technical support to end users
Perform troubleshooting on hardware and software issues
Assist in VC meeting setup
Maintain good relationship with local vendors
Take part in regional IT upgrade projects

skills & experiences required.

Higher diploma or above in Computer Science and Information Systems or equivalent
At least 1-2 years’ experience in providing end-user support
Candidate from retail background will be an advantage
Knowledge of the POS system will be an advantage
Good command in spoken of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
