    My client is a top-tier international law firm. In the course of expansion in the HK market, they're looking for a IT Helpdesk Analyst to join their HK office. You'll be joining a fast-paced environment to provide technology support to end users in a timely manner, together with a well-structured team.



    about the job.
    • Acting as the contact point of the Helpdesk team to resolve Tier 2 IT incidents in a timely manner and under a fast-paced environment. Understand the problem from end users and carry out a solution.
    • Install, configure, update, and monitor internal systems, including Desktop OS, Server, and other industry-specific systems, such as time tracking software.
    • Provide support on VDI setup and troubleshooting, e.g., Citrix, VMWare, Hyper-V, vSphere, etc.
    • Assist in video conferences setup, putting together the hardwares and devices needed for the meeting, such as Teams and Zoom.
    • Prepare the firm's IT policies and SOP. Provide basic IT training to users if needed.


    skills & experiences required.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or relevant disciplines.
    • Experience in the IT field. Understanding on how overall IT support works in a corporate environment.
    • Able to speak and understand English is a must.
    • Hands-on experience in supporting Windows OS, VMWare, Citrix, MS Teams, Active Directory, etc.
    • Exposure on MDM systems, like Airwatch, Intune, etc.
    • Knowledge and experience on backend infrastructure maintenance, e.g., server, vm server, hyper-v, vSphere, etc.
    • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
    • Good communication skills to understand and explain technical scenarios to end users.
