about the job.- Manage and coordinate rollout project of an agent system to all end user devices in Local Business Units according to timeline
- Troubleshoot and debug IT systems to ensure error-free functionality and end-user satisfaction
- Ensure the smooth operations and manage multiple task to deadlines
- Communicate and provide supervision to help-desk staffs in different Business Unit during transitional processes; including provide technical support via telephone and email for local desktop support
- Determine IT objectives that will improve business outcomes
- Review existing IT systems and internal processes; collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement within IT infrastructures
skills & experiences required.- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
- Solid knowledge and experience in Azure Cloud Computing, Windows Servers Administration, MSSQL Server Administration, Citrix VDI support
- Experience in managing application deployment projects and rollout across multiple countries
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira ServiceDesk, BMC Patrol, RemedyForce, AlgoSec, Bitbucket, Confluence, SCCM, Application packaging is a plus
- Good communication skills, keen attention to detail and analytical mind are a must
- Awareness of current standards and trends in IT and emerging technology
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to structure and align, and discipline to complete work on time
