job description

about the job.

  • You will be providing user support on all IT related applications and systems for all HK branch users
  • Perform daily routine tasks to ensure system stability
  • Work with Group IT team on user account management and issues related to it
  • You will need to assist in system and software upgrade activities
  • To assist in BCP tests and DR drills
skills & experiences required.
  • Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred
  • 2 years or above of hands-on experiences in the IT user support roles, banking experience preferred
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Strong IT control mindset and familiar with regulatory IT requirements
  • Strive for efficiency and able to work independent
