Randstad is working with a fast-growing insurance firm in hong kong. With business exploring, now they are looking for a Senior level IT Project Manager to join their IT department.

Leading IT projects mainly focus on the General Insurance/Medical system development and ensure projects delivery on time and with good quality to match the business needes.
Assist CTO in developing IT strategy, track projects, and regularly report management on project status and service request status;
Keep up with new technology and advise internal users on suitable IT solutions;
Manage resources and coach team members on a variety of topics, including but not limited to self-control, work ethic, teamwork, and customer-focused;
Prepare the project budget, cost and benefit analysis, feasibility assessment for the system, and IT product or solution review.

skills & experiences required.

University degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
At 10 years' relevant experience in BFS industry, project management experience is a MUST.
Experience in implementing core insurance applications will be an added advantage;
Good knowledge in AS/400 RPG, COBOL, CL programming and Policy/400;
Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to oversee IT projects that address diverse system initiatives and aid the expansion and development of the company;
Solid experience on IT System Development Life Cycle and project management methodologies (waterfall and/or agile).
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
