Define and manage delivery plans covering multiple projects and work closely with both HK & oversea teams
Collaborate with the Program Manager to track and maintain the SDLC process & deliverables to ensure positive outcomes with agreed quality standard
Assign tasks, manage budget & timeline control, and dealing with external vendors
Conduct analysis to define the business request from senior stakeholders, and recommend best practices or solution to the business needs
Prepare project documents & presentations for senior stakeholders
Coach and sharing around the project management skills and disciplines to the team

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or related discipline
5+ years of experience in project management and implementation in technology area; exposure to digital transformation is a plus
Broad understanding/hands on experience in database/operating system/cloud administration etc. ; knowledge of software development/deployment would be advantageous but not a must
Strong logical thinking to identify the best solutions and actions to achieve the business goals
Ability to translate technical ideas and explain to the senior stakeholders who without technical background
Taking initiative and able to predict the potential risks and suggest workable solutions to address the issues
Proven performance management experience for both internal team and external vendors
Previous experience in Agile/Scrum environment is preferred
Proficient in spoken and written English is a must; existing HK Work Visa Holder will also be considered
PMP certification is a plus
