Client Servicing:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service
• Understanding client requirements, priorities, and expectations, and effectively communicating them to the project team
• Proactively addressing client concerns and working collaboratively to find solutions

Project Timeline Management:

• Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation
• Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks, and implementing contingency plans to keep projects on track

Documentation:

• Documenting project requirements, scope, and deliverables in a clear and comprehensive manner
• Maintaining detailed records of project activities, decisions, and communications
• Generating regular status reports and project documentation for clients and stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
• minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in using project management tools, such as JIRA, to plan, track, and report on project progress
