About the company

A leading property developer in Hong Kong is heavily investing in digital transformation and technology usage into their internal and external applications across various platforms, they are currently looking for a seasoned IT Project Manager with experience in web and mobile development to join the company.

About the role

Reporting to the head of project management, the project manager will lead the digital transformation across various business units.

The PM will be responsible for the design and set up the digital roadmap and milestone for the project. Identify project scope, objectives and formulate strategies, closely monitor small to large-scale project implementation and address issues throughout the development process, maintain quality and budget control. Perform vendor selections and monitor work progress. The project manager will also be responsible to make sure project activities and deliverables according to guidelines and policies.

About you

  • University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent disciplines
  • Demonstrated professional experience in large-scale IT project management, business analysis, and transformation projects in web and mobile applications
  • Experience in real estate, residential, property, industry is a plus
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced working environment
  • A problem solving/ solutions personality and drive sustainable results
  • Very strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
