Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership and Delivery:
- Develop and execute the technology strategy for integrated health programs, aligning with organizational goals.
- Provide strong leadership in crafting the agenda for technology, digital, and analytics initiatives.
- Oversee multiple large-scale projects to achieve business objectives and key performance metrics.
- Manage all aspects of program delivery, including financials, execution, reporting, and risk management.
- Lead a team of project managers and delivery teams to ensure program success.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage and support senior-level customers across various departments.
- Drive and contribute to effective steering committees.
- Collaborate with global offices for reporting and alignment.
- Participate in strategic planning discussions to steer program direction.
Healthcare Expertise:
- Understand the healthcare ecosystem, including providers, TPAs, networks, insurers, pharmacies, and wellness service providers.
- Interpret and implement regulations impacting healthcare technology systems.
- Develop strategies for data generation, collection, enrichment, and usage within the healthcare ecosystem.
- Ensure alignment with healthcare data standards (e.g., CPT, ICD codes).
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 15 years in project/program management, with significant experience in the healthcare ecosystem. 2-5 years of leadership experience is required.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels. Strong customer management capabilities with experience in addressing senior forums.
- Understanding of healthcare data models, regulations, and standards. Familiarity with financial management and budgeting is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of digital transformation in the finance/insurance industry, with experience in leading large strategic programs using Agile methodologies.
