About the job:Provide support to clients under the Follow the Sun model, collaborating with IT teams in New York and London Responsible for the first and second line of support to clients on technical enquiries Resolve issues in the ticketing system, ensure all incidents are progressed & cleared within service level agreements Identify technical issues and provide resolutions to improve and ensure the IT operation efficiency On-the-job training will be provided, you will get in-depth knowledge and insight on world's leading banking and financialy systems and softwares Skills & experiences required:2-3 years of experience on IT Support or Deskside Support Hands-on experience on SQL is a must, you will be able to write and test SQL quries.
