My client is a well established company with a diverse business portfolio, they are looking for an IT Manager to join their software development team. The shortlisted candidate will be responsible for leading the application design & development in the business.

Lead the Software Development team to do application design, development and delivery
Design application architecture and develop a set of processes, best practices, guidelines, standards for multiple projects
Ensure the works are delivered on schedule and able to achieve business objectives
Oversee and manage the SDLC and enhance the development experience via guideline
Monitor the performance of delivery of internal team and work closely with the different parties to ensure that solutions delivered are high-quality, on schedule and easy-to-support

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor in Computer Science or related relevant discipline
13+ years of relevant working experience in with solid experience in leading a team of developers; providing mentoring, coaching and guidance on a day-to-day basis
Full stack background with .NET development is a must, other programming languages such as react/ vue.Js/ Angular/ Java is a plus.
Knowledge of cloud platform such as AWS/ Azure and experience in associated CI/CD tools such as Git/Docker/Jenkins would be advantageous but not a must
Strong analytical and problem solving skill
Good command in both spoken & written Chinese and English
