Job Description

Your new company

Your new role

Under the guidance of your manager, you will work in a fast-paced working environment which will allow you to rapidly develop your skills.

  • Provide day-to-day first line end-user support
  • Participate in projects and implementation work
  • Assist in negotiation with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors on pricing, procurement and requirement on desktop equipment
  • Responsible for PC desktop equipment procurement, delivery, installation and setup as well as invoice payment
  • Liaise with customers to diagnose and report on IT problems

What you'll need to succeed
At least 1 year experience in first line end-user support will lead to your success. You must also have strong interpersonal and fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin given the need to communicate with various stakeholders.
