Our client is One of largest MNC Company in HK. With extending of their IT team, now they are looking for a Junior level Project Management Officer to join them.

• Strong understanding on IT Service Management (ITSM), System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), IT governance frameworks (e.g COBIT) and project management methodologies (e.g. PMBOK)

• Develop IT governance required documentation such as IT policies, processes and procedures.

• Implement IT governance practices on daily operations.
• Act as facilitator between IT technical teams and business users.
• Manage vendor agreements, monitor expenses and maintain proper documentations to ensure adequate management control of IT function.

• 3-5 years related working experience. Banking & FS working experience will be a big plus.
• Excellent logical-analytical skills and strong attention to details.
• Knowledge and experience in IT governance and project management is a must.
• Good communication skill with the ability to engage stakeholders to understand their needs and provide constructive response.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
