Our Client is one of the largest MNC (FS) companies in HK. With the expend of their business in HK, now they are looking a Junior level Project management Officer to join their big family.

• Strong understanding on IT Service Management (ITSM), System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), IT governance frameworks (e.g COBIT) and project management methodologies (e.g. PMBOK)
• Develop IT governance required documentation such as IT policies, processes and procedures based on corporate governance requirements, international standards and frameworks (eg. COBIT, ISO, ITIL, NIST, PMBOK etc)
• Implement IT governance practices on daily operations and new projects of IT function
• Performing cost / benefit analyzes, formulating project plans, tracking progress and making management reports
• Manage vendor agreements, monitor expenses and maintain proper documentations to ensure adequate management control of IT function
