Randsatd is working with one of reputable Financial Service firm in Hong Kong to help them looking for a Senior IT Engineer to join their dynamic IT department. Working at their Asia headquarter officer, you will help in delivering their Infrastructure building and Cloud Journey.

- Work as a Senior IT Engineer in the system team managing data center infrastructure and cloud services for APAC area.
- Lead in implementing new IT infrastructure and improvement projects.
- Manage server operations including asset management, provisioning, updates, and decommissioning.
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for end-user system issues with a focus on quick solutions and great customer service.
- Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute system upgrades and projects.
- Monitor system performance, fix issues promptly, and ensure user system security.
- Coordinate with external vendors for technical support and system maintenance.
- Document updates and procedures for system administration and knowledge sharing.
- Assist in creating and enforcing IT policies and procedures.
skills & experiences required.
... - With 4+ years of experience in relevant area, experience in Banking / Financial Service background will be a big plus.
- Hands-on experience in system administration, especially for Windows, SQL Server, Azure and Microsoft 365 Cloud.
- Knowledge and experience in infrastructure technologies, such as virtualization, cloud computing, storage, backup, disaster recovery, security.
- Familiar with ITIL framework and best practices in IT service management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
