... - Lead and manage the service delivery team (team of 10-15), providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to optimize service delivery processes and ensure adherence to ITIL best practices
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders and foster collaboration and effective communication
- Drive the development and maintenance of service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring alignment with user expectations and business requirements
- Oversee incident and problem management processes, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimizing impact on service availability
- Monitor service performance against agreed-upon metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of service delivery processes and alignment with overall IT strategies.
- Provide regular reporting to senior management on service delivery performance, including key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science/Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in the IT field with a strong focus on IT service delivery and problem/incident management
- Prior experience in in a senior-level role overseeing large-scale service delivery operations, preferably in an enterprise-level environment
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and operations
- Deep understanding of ITIL principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and people management skills for both on-shore and off-shore teams, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- ITIL v4/PMP Certification is a plus
- Proficient in spoken and written both Chinese and English is a must
- Tech consulting firm/service provider/banking/insurance/financial services industry background would be advantageous
