- Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls and emails, managing issues related to e-banking and tracking transaction progress.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of customer application forms to appropriate departments.
- Provide ongoing support for VIP clients' transactional needs until processes are finalized.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects delegated by Management.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor degree or above;
- 2-4 years of relevant experience at Banking or Financial Service industry.
- Reliable personality with good communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team and provide professional advice
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, especially Mandarin
*Immediately Available candidate is a big plus.
