- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities arising from assigned customer accounts
- Collaborate with pre-sales, service delivery, and administrative teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators
- Structure, obtain approval for, and negotiate terms and conditions for significant deals
- Manage and oversee account receivables
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in client relationship management or sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Conversational in Cantonese)
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
