Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in IT business analysis or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to gather and document business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and agile/scrum frameworks.
Experience with process modeling and workflow diagramming tools.
Knowledge of database concepts and SQL queries is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in all deliverables.
