Conduct business analysis to define and translate the business request into requirements, and recommend best practices or solution to the business needs
Work closely with IT Manager for managing existing and upcoming projects including progress, budget and timeline control
Work closely with the 3rd party vendors to track and maintain the process & deliverables to ensure positive outcomes
Research and develop a deep understanding of the marketplace to create comprehensive competitive analysis
Plan, manage and conduct UAT for project delivery and implementation

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science/Business Administration or related discipline
4+ years of relevant experience in business analysis and project management in technology/digital area
Proven track record for retail technologies such as POS or e-commerce project with good understanding in system development life cycle
Solid experience in gathering user requirement including elicitation, analysis, validation and formalization of requirements to create specification documentation
Excellent analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Proficient in spoken and written both Chinese and English
