Our client is a financially strong and stable corporate bank in Asia. This is a Team Lead position under the IT Audit team to perform a leadership role by supervising 3-4 subordinates in Hong Kong, providing a quality Technology assurance environment for the Bank.

Reporting to the Deputy Head of Audit, you will: ...

Lead and manage a team of 3-4 to provide a high quality IT assurance for the Front-to-Back offices in the Bank
Execute audit across ITGC, applications, systems, network, security, business continuity etc.
Plan and design effective audit methodologies, discuss and share new ideas across the team
Identify key technology risks, evaluate IT controls and execute audit testing with Business Heads
Provide recommendations to mitigate IT risks and improve overall control environment from Front-to-Back offices
Prepare audit reports, present your key findings and recommendations for Audit Committee and senior management

skills & experiences required.

Degree holder with professional qualifications in CISA, CISSP etc.
At least 10+ years sold experience in IT audit or IT risk management from the banking sector
Leadership experience is mandatory
Demonstrate good understanding of IT audit in a HKMA regulated environment
Creative, open-minded, ability to design and implement effective audit methodologies
Good command of written and spoken both English and Chinese
