about the company.

Our client is one of the largest retail and corporate banks in Hong Kong providing full range of financial services to customers in various sectors. Currently, they are hiring a Senior IT Auditor to join their team in the Hong Kong office.

about the team.

You will report to the audit team head and be part of a young and energetic audit team.

about the role.

  • participate in designing and implementing annual audit for the Bank
  • perform risk-based assessment to ensure IT audit function complies with the Banking Ordinance
  • present audit findings to Audit Committee with clear illustration of key risks and technology controls required
  • analyze, evaluate and comment the effectiveness of IT controls
  • assist in reviewing audit work performed by subordinates
  • participate in special audit projects when required

skills and experience required.

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or related discipline
  • Qualified member in CISA, CISSP or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ IT audit experience gained from Big 4 or banking industry
  • Good understanding of risk management, operations and compliance of the Banking sector
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
