Your new role
-Assist in preparing and filing patent applications, responses to office actions, and other documents with the USPTO foreign patent offices.
-Conduct patent searches and analyze patent landscapes to support IP strategy.
-Maintain accurate records of patent and trademark applications, including deadlines and status updates.
-Assist in managing the company's trademark portfolio, including conducting searches and filing applications, and drafting licensing and collaboration agreements.
-Conduct legal and factual research on a range of intellectual property issues.
-Communicate and provide support on IP matters.
What you'll need to succeed
Master's degree or above in biology, science, pharmacology or related field is a must
Minimum 1 year of experience in handling IP matters in bio-tech company or law firm
Knowledge and experience in bio-tech is highly preferred
Excellent communication in both Mandarin and English
