Our client is a leading international manufacturing company. They have a strong presence in Hong Kong and China, with a sizeable strategic investment department in Hong Kong. With their business growth in US and APAC, they are seeking a lawyer who wants to transition to an "investment" position.
The Role
This role will report to a Head of Investment and closely work with other teams in HK and US. He/She will mainly focus on Investment including due diligence and investment analysis, and handle post listing compliance as well as legal matters including reviewing and amending a range of contracts/agreements.
Your profile
The ideal candidate will be a LLB Holder with 2+ years of paralegal experience, ideally gained from a reputable law firm handling US IPO. US qualification is a plus. Fluency in English and Chinese and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
