Job Description

• Responsible for investigatory matters and work closely with the stakeholders to conduct investigations and offer guidance on appropriate outcomes • Investigating all reported cases of misconduct • Work closely with business functions to gather evidence and fact-find• Provide recommendations on improvements or disciplinary actions from a legal perspective

The Successful Applicant
• At least 3+ years' PQE with qualification in Hong Kong• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
