    Our client is a local retail company with over 50 stores in HK. With their rapid growth for the e-commerce side, their sales revenue has maintained competitive in recent two years. They are currently looking to hire an Inventory Planning Manager to join their team.

    about the job.
    As an Inventory Planning Manager, you will
    -Determine key supply chain KPIs & Suggest solutions for process improvements
    -Monitor inventory level closely and replenish to ensure the healthy inventory level is achieved
    -Oversee operations(shipment & inventory control) and logistics function
    -Lead the monthly cross-functional S&OP meetings to review key performance indicators
    -Coordinate with warehouse team to manage inventory movements, annual physical stock count and inventory reconciliation
    -Supervise and provide guidance to 5 subordinates during daily operations
    -Prepare monthly report to measure the forecast accuracy and the supplier fulfillment rate
    -Other ad-hoc tasks as required

    skills & experiences required.
    -At least 7 years’ experience in logistics with 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
    -Bachelor’s degree in supply chain/logistics, or other related field preferred
    -Extensive experience in inventory planning and shipping
    -Experienced in retail industry
    -Fluent in English is a must
