About the company

Our client is a leading shipping company, listing in HK. To expand and to facilitate their business growth, they are looking for a Internal Audiit Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute the risk assessment of across business units;
  • Propose the scope of, design and lead or execute the annual audit of internal controls;
  • Liaise with different departments on internal audit findings and recommendations on identified weaknesses or improvement areas;
  • Prepare risk management reports and present to Audit Committee
  • Recommend, design or propose appropriate internal policies and procedures where necessary; and
  • Financial accounting standards compliance relating to specific risks or risk management in general;

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent;
  • Qualified Accountant and a member of CIA and /or CISA or an international equivalent qualification would be an advantage;
  • Experience in internal audit and risk management is a plus;
  • Self-motivated, multi-tasked and command of the detail;
  • Well organised with strong interpersonal skills and a team player;
  • Well versed in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
