Providing administrative support and handling files management and bills management in relation to IP and other departmental matters
Updating and maintaining the IP and departmental database regularly
Continuously improve on the IP and other departmental database
Handling departmental research and administrative tasks as assigned from time to time

skills & experiences required.

Diploma holder or above
At least 2 years of relevant experience in IP practice in an inhouse working environment
Detail-minded, self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
