Our client is one of the largest global insurance and asset management providers looking for an insurance sales team leader who is specializing in leading a sales team and facilitating sales opportunities to clients.
Responsibilities
- You will lead and supervise a team of Insurance Specialists in referral making and cross-selling insurance products
- You will manage team's overall performance and quality to meet the business target
- You will enhance the team's selling and servicing skills through training, coaching and case sharing
- You will ensure the team to fully comply with the regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures
- You will work closely with marketing and other support departments on strategies, plans and related procedures and processes to achieve revenue, product penetration and customer satisfaction goals
- You will manage the overall insurance sales figure preparation and analytics, provide sales strategies with senior management for business planning
Requirements
- You are a degree holder
- You have IIQE Paper 1, 3 and 5 qualifications
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience on insurance selling and leading insurance sales team
