- Support the growth of the insurance segment by recognizing and seizing business opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up to enhance customer engagement, especially among High Net Worth (HNW) and Mainland Chinese clients
- Provide comprehensive retirement planning solutions to esteemed clients, focusing on top-tier and Mainland customer segments
- Collaborate with Client Relationship Managers to assess clients’ financial needs concerning retirement and legacy planning, delivering tailored insurance solutions
- Broaden the customer base for insurance offerings
- Implement control measures to mitigate risk exposure
- Uphold the organization’s internal control standards, adhere to compliance policies, and maintain operational risk awareness to reduce potential issues
Requirements
- University degree preferred; credentials such as CFA, CFP, CFMP, QRA, or AEPP are advantageous
- At least 5 years of experience in insurance sales; familiarity with universal life policies is beneficial
- Required regulatory qualifications include IIQE Papers 1, 2, and 3; HKSI Papers 1, 7, and 8 are preferred
- Fulfill any internal standards required by the region
- Proficient in English and Chinese, with a preference for fluency in Putonghua
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to handle complex interactions proficiently
- Demonstrated situational awareness and a strong desire to learn, with the capability to work in an Agile environment
- Exhibit curiosity and a passion for deep, rational thinking
- Strong commitment to delivering superior customer service
