Institutional Marketing Manager (digital), Financial Services $40k

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage B2B marketing campaigns from start to finish – includes but not limited to campaign planning and execution of online lead generation and customer acquisition across multiple paid channels such as Facebook, Google and LinkedIn
  • Use your knowledge of the customer to develop ad assets that communicate product value
  • Set up of campaigns including running regular reports, analysis and optimisation based on cost and ROI, scaling based on performance
  • Improve site traffic conversion through experimentation of customised landing pages
    Nurture leads and increase activation through marketing automation
  • Maximise customer lifetime value by planning and delivering CRM strategies based on customer segmentation to encourage customer retention and loyalty

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of relevant digital marketing experience in the financial industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in running acquisition campaigns on Facebook, Google and LinkedIn, as well as CRM and other marketing tools
  • Flexible and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
