Our client is a well established global financial service company in Hong Kong providing clearing services to institutional and professional traders for a wide variety of electronically traded products such as stocks, options, futures, currencies, bonds, gold, crypto and funds. Our client is looking for a talent with strong teamwork and progressiveness to join their retail banking team.

You'll work as part of a goal-oriented team with strong leadership and front-office assistance.

about the job.

• You will answer phone calls, emails, live chat and ticket from our institutional clients
• You will follow up on an existing client’s needs
• You will communicate with different departments such as Risk, Legal, Compliance, IT etc.
• You will resolve account, technical and trade-related enquiries via phone, ticket, and live chat
• You will provide knowledge to consumers in the entire trading lifecycle including but not limited to funding, position transfers, margin calculation and corporate actions

skills & experiences required.

Fresh graduates are welcome (bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or related disciplines)

1-3 years prior experience at a large financial institution would be advantageous

Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua

Holder of SFC 1, 2 and 3 or be able to get a license by taking licensing paper examinations during the probation period
