A US listed technology company has achieved aggressive sales growth and now has 1 more additional headcount in Hong Kong as Inside Sales Manager. The successful candidate has a proven track record as a highly motivated sales professional exceeding quota in technology sales. Experience selling in the technology space is highly desirable. The jobholder is responsible for generating pipeline for an assigned territory via inbound web and phone inquiries, cold calling, marketing events and corporate initiatives.

Job responsibilities:

  • Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities for assigned territory and achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
  • Make appointments for Sales Reps
  • Maintain the sales database (SalesForce.com) for follow-up, lead tracking and pipeline development efforts
  • Convert incoming leads into qualified customer engagements for Inside Sales, Field Sales and the Channel team to work to closure
  • Follow up on direct marketing and events
  • Educate clients on company's products and be adept at overcoming technical and business objections by prospective clients
  • Maintain & submit sales forecasts as required by Management
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Education and sales experience:

  • 3-5 years technology sales experience
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience desired
  • Strong communications skills in English and Chinese
