Randstad is working with a fast-growing insurance firm in hong kong. With business exploring, now they are looking for a new infrastructural Specialist to join their IT team.

• Assist team to do Infrastructure design, implementation, on-going BAU support
• Management of Infrastructure set-up and technology change. e.g. Microsoft Azure Cloud, servers, storage, network, security, Office 365, End User Computing and office infrastructure
• 3rd parties vendor management and ad-hoc duties assigned
• Manage support document and change reports. e.g. procedures, guidelines, backup and change records, etc.

• Degree holder of Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Relevant working experience in management of modern hybrid IT environments (on premises and clouds), networking and firewall administration, MS Azure administration.
• Familiar with Cisco products, layer 2 and layer 3 protocols, load balancer, Zscaler, Akamai, WAF, Next Generation Firewall (Checkpoint, Fortinet), NAT, VPN, SMTP, SQL, SFTP, SSL, TLS, MFA, SSO, DLP, VDI and endpoint security
• Cloud automation experience (AKS, Terraform, Azure Functions, Ansible, DataDog) will be a big plus.
