Our client, an inhouse enterprise MNC headquartered in Hong Kong, is expanding their IT team. To cope with their regional rapid expansion, they are looking for an Infrastructure Architect to join their team to take charge of their local and regional projects.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications
  • Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
  • Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
  • Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial design
  • Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers
  • Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.
  • Approve final product before launch

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline with 5+ years relevant work experience.
  • Experience in one or or more of the following:
    • Application Servers
    • Azure / O365
    • Database Servers
    • Virtual Environments (VMware)
    • Applying security updates and patches
    • AWS
    • Salesforce
  • Working with vendors to install, upgrade, and maintain critical network connections and equipment
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise backup solutions
  • Strong ability to solve complex technical issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
