Highlights of the job

This role is responsible for supporting regional manager and CEO of APAC in respect of their migration administration and visa applications to Hong Kong-based investors.

Job Responsibilities

You will report directly to the CEO of APAC, and be responsible to:

  • Provide support in clients’ visa application, including filling out appropriate forms and collecting documents necessary to apply for relief
  • Follow up with clients via phone, mail and email
  • Facilitate and coordinate oversee signing of documents and disbursement of funds
  • Manage correspondence with clients and documenting correspondence with immigration and other agencies
  • Manage data entry in internal and external data management system and assist with generating reports

Skills & Experiences Required

This is a new headcount for the Hong Kong operation. To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A bachelor’s degree in legal studies or business administration
  • Knowledge and experience in Ireland’s migration service support is highly preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience achieved from legal, paralegal or migration admin support positions
  • Excellent and careful attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
  • Proactive with customer-oriented attitude and mindset
