about the job.
- Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations
- Execute the daily HRSS operations
- Assist manager to respond to key stakeholder's questions about benefits and updating employee holiday and sickness records
- Provide perspective in the existing business processes, business rules, metrics and standard operating procedures to identify areas of improvement
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor degree in Business, HR or related discipline with at least 1 year experience in HR
- Good analytical, presentation and problem solving skills
- Good team player and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
