Our client, a front runner within fashion retail, is looking for a high calibre Human Resource Manager to oversee the team in Hong Kong
about the job.
As the Human Resources Manager, you'll provide full range support to the retail organisation and commercial team here in Hong Kong and manage key HR processes such as manpower planning, learning and development, talent review in alignment with the business needs.
  • Manage recruitment process of non-managerial and managerial positions
  • Work closely with line management in structuring and developing their teams
  • Ensure HR standards, processes and procedures are fully understood and implemented in supporting teams
  • Cultivate and maintain a positive culture within retail and corporate environment
  • Implement individual performance development review program to motivate and drive excellent performance
  • Work closely with the regional team to support the implementation of Learning and Development tools and concepts
  • Manage and review compensation and benefits scheme, annual salary rounds and manage promotions and salary adjustments
skills & experiences required.
  • Minimum 7 years work experience in the field of HR with at least 2 years in managerial role within Retail
  • University Degree in HR or Business related discipline
  • Good team player with strong influential and coaching skills
  • Customer-oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills
  • MS Office skills, HRIS experience required, preferably in Workday
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
